Sessions are available in multiple formats, including virtual coaching, review-based refinement, and on-site executive preparation and include a media readiness assessment, personalized feedback, and tailored recommendations for continued growth. Speechwriting and other support resources are available as optional add-ons for clients seeking professionally drafted or refined speaking materials.
Cancellation Policy
Profound Media Group (PMG) consultations are designed to provide accessible, high-value sessions for clients seeking strategic direction and communication support. To maintain scheduling integrity and respect for all parties’ time, the following booking policies apply to all consultations and add-on services. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled at PMG’s discretion. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notice is provided 12 hours in advance.
