Sessions may include proofreading, copy editing, or content development, with scope and estimated hours defined during an initial consultation. Clients receive polished, publication-ready materials along with recommendations to strengthen message alignment and consistency. Hourly Rate: $150/hour
Cancellation Policy
Profound Media Group (PMG) consultations are designed to provide accessible, high-value sessions for clients seeking strategic direction and communication support. To maintain scheduling integrity and respect for all parties’ time, the following booking policies apply to all consultations and add-on services. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled at PMG’s discretion. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notice is provided 12 hours in advance.
