This complimentary consultation is designed to help you identify opportunities, establish a baseline, and address key pain points so you can move forward with clarity and strategy. We’ll review your goals, current messaging approach, and challenges to determine the most effective direction for your brand or campaign. You’ll leave with insight into what’s working, what needs adjustment, and where to focus next. This initial session lasts 15 minutes and is intended to define how we can best support your goals. Add-on services are coordinated following the consultation, based on the services requested.
Cancellation Policy
Profound Media Group (PMG) consultations are designed to provide accessible, high-value sessions for clients seeking strategic direction and communication support. To maintain scheduling integrity and respect for all parties’ time, the following booking policies apply to all consultations and add-on services. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled at PMG’s discretion. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notice is provided 12 hours in advance.
